Age UK have joined forces with us to help any Croydon resident 50+. It's a wonderful scheme called Personal Independence Service. So if you know of any neighbour, family or friend in the Croydon area, who may need help or advice with personal safety, befriending, activities in their area & many other services, please fill in the attached referral form & send it to Croydonpic@NHS.net
